Wow, what a beautiful, touching and incredibly erotic book. DK uses imaginative skill to really imagine you are the protagonist in this story and are swept up in a thrilling, forbidden and heartpounding love affair. Being a huge fan of Tarantino's Inglorious basterds it was easy to imagive Landa's charm and charisma. 2 very big thumbs up
Very hot erotic book, well -written with great characters! I love the WWII setting and the forbidden romance between a Nazi officer and a French resistance fighter!
The plot was a carbon copy of one thousand others, the denouement was painfully predictable. Scratch beneath the surface of the characters and you will find nothing. Underwhelmed is a word that comes to mind.
